Her project successes are based on fully understanding the needs of her Clients and working closely with all stakeholders, ensuring a completed job that meets both budgetary goals and objectives. Amy's approach is very hands-on and she has a deep understanding of the entire project process. From concept through installation, she provides insight and guidance to all stakeholders, ensuring the projects meets expectations. Amy specializes in challenging and complex projects, offering particular experience managing projects that require intense collaboration with multiple Client groups, consultants and contractors.

lillian@sparksmgmt.comLillian is relatively new to the Puget Sound area, having arrived from Florida almost 3 years ago where she worked at the center of the interior design profession for eight years. She comes from a family of artists, designers and builders and received a formal education in the Arts from Florida State University. Her strengths lie in adept organization, managing numerous details and a natural eye for design, which is invaluable to every project she takes on. She hopes to work towards a Project Management Certification in the future. Lillian is thrilled to have found a niche at Sparks Management and looks forward to many prosperous years in Seattle.

Office Manager/Project Assistant

She brings critical skills to SMI through her strengths in budgetary analysis and business management. Cathy is a Past-President of the Seattle Chapter of the Society for Design Administration, a national professional organization comprised of administrative personnel in design and design-related firms. Cathy earned certification as a Certified Design Firm Administrator in 2006.
